Christopher P. Slette joined McAnaney Law Group in 2023. His practice areas include, but are not limited to, estate planning, business planning, business succession planning, real estate planning, probate and estate administration, and guardianship and conservatorship.
Before joining McAnaney Law Group and in addition to the above areas of law, Christopher handled a wide variety of litigation issues with a focus on real estate disputes, business matters, construction defects, and personal injury. Christopher’s litigation experience gives him special insight into the importance of proper planning to avoid legal problems.
Christopher earned his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2019. While in law school, he served as the Chief Articles Editor for the Idaho Law Review, and as a member of the Low-Income Tax Clinic, where he assisted clients in disputes with the IRS. He also interned for Judge N. Randy Smith on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before law school, Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Idaho and worked for an international manufacturer of agricultural equipment.
Christopher is the current networking chair, and former chairman, of the Young Lawyers Section of the Idaho State Bar.
As a native Idahoan, when Christopher is not in the office, he enjoys the outdoors, especially skiing, hunting, and golfing.
